“Education is the most powerful weapon we can use to change the world” but in India despite lot of budget allocation by Government 35% population lacks basic literacy. More than 50% children drop out of the schools at primary level, majority of the drop-outs coming from the population segment living below subsistence level. Hardly 7 out of 100 youths in the age group of 17-23 years get an opportunity for higher education. We are running some basic literacy programs to improve literacy rate and helping bright students of BPL category to get higher education at nominal cost.

In India there are lot of Laws to protect child and lot of child welfare schemes then also 40% prostitutes are of school going age, More than 40 Lac children are in child labor and 1.2 lac are in hazardous jobs. We are conducting workshops not only for children but for parents also to tell them future building and protection tricks which help children to save themselves in extreme situation.

No matter how talented you are, your talent will fail you, if you are not skilled. India has world’s largest youth population despite having smaller population than china i.e. more than 35 crore (350 million) people are of 10 to 24 age group then also we are in stress because youth are not getting enough jobs and a large chunk is unemployed which is the root cause of crimes in India. We are trying to help people with variety of skill development programs, not only connecting youth with different government programs (like NDML and NSDC) but also conducting workshops for the same.

An unemployed existence is a worse negation of life than death itself. In India employment is uneven and weak, due to growing economy we have lot of employment opportunities but most of youth doesn’t get that, lack of guidance is big reason for that. We contact companies, ask their requirement and match candidates so time taken in searching jobs can be reduced. Not only this we also guide them that how they can crack interviews.
